Traditional neuro-inclusion training describes neurodivergent conditions and highlights common neurodivergent strengths. It lists possible accommodations and reasonable adjustments.
But it lacks practical advice on how to mitigate and manage the challenges that often arise in neurodiverse workplaces, challenges that lead to underperformance, attrition and burnout.
And it doesn’t help those employees who don’t know they are neurodivergent or don’t want to disclose.
